3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all site design, templates, dashboard layouts, custom scripts (such as page generators), custom vector maps, and logo assets are the intellectual property of All Forward LLC and Francisco J. Pellerano Jr. and are protected by United States copyright laws.
- Strike Packs & Free Downloads: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our free Strike Packs and checklists internally within your business or organization. You may share these tools within your professional subcontractor network, provided you do not sell, repackage, or brand them as your own.
- Premium Manuals: Purchased digital templates and field manuals are licensed to a single user/organization and may not be distributed publicly or uploaded to shared cloud drives.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Forward LLC and its founder, Francisco J. Pellerano Jr., shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your reliance on any data, maps, calendars, or timelines presented in the Command Center.
- Any failure of our email warning system to deliver disaster declarations or SAM.gov deadline alerts.
- Any suspension, rejection, or lockout of your entity registration in SAM.gov (System for Award Management).
- Errors, bugs, or downtime experienced by our website hosting provider (Netlify).
